Herbs are ground in mortar and pestle and prepared by Dr Lubas, start to finish, 100% by hand. Quantities are limited.

Medicus ALA may be applied to targeted areas before stretching to enhance flexibility, or after exertion for a more comfortable recovery. Apply to neck and shoulders for relief from tension headaches, or to overworked hands and feet.
